At that time, people from all over the world will live a beautiful and happy life like China. National civil wars, mutual struggles, aggression and killing will disappear, and the entire human civilization will live in harmony on the same earth.

To achieve all this, all of us Chinese have an obstacle, that is, the Soviet Communist Party cult regime ruled by Xi Jinping, the spokesperson of the Soviet regime, will never let the Chinese live a good life. 2. It is forbidden to deliberately rob, damage, or destroy the property resources of any country/enterprise/citizen under safe conditions. There are exceptions when damage and destruction cannot be avoided in the event of armed conflict.

3. It is forbidden to arbitrarily confiscate the property resources of citizens. In the event of confiscation, they need to be handed over to the new state regime and then distributed according to regulations. In the case of normal armed personnel funding expenditure, the property of the rebels and officials can be confiscated for necessary armed use, and the remaining funds will be placed in the Peace Liberation Army’s large fund pool for all armed seizure personnel to distribute.

4. It is forbidden for armed personnel to rape and molest women and intentionally injure/kill innocent Chinese and foreign citizens during the armed seizure of power. If citizens forcibly rob women, or smash and loot state/enterprise/citizen property and resources, they can be stopped by force (if they are attacked during the process of stopping, they can be killed). The third method: external armed + domestic armed seizure of power

If the time for the first method is up, Xi Jinping’s central government has not handed over power, and the second method is that the soldiers, armed police, militia, police and national security personnel do not respond to the seizure order issued by the peaceful regime, if they are worried and waiting. Peace will use the third method, seeking support in terms of personnel, money, and weapons from all governments and people around the world who want to support China's 1.4 billion people. The above three methods are effective ways to let all Chinese people take charge of their own affairs and gain state power. If you use the second method, the central officials will be liquidated and all their family assets will be confiscated, making them the only losers. If you use the third method, the central officials may all be beheaded, and their family members will have their property confiscated, be imprisoned, or be sentenced to death. Central officials who surrender in advance and are loyal to the peaceful regime may be an exception. Therefore, if the first method can make all Chinese people live a good life, there is no need to use the second method. If the military, armed police, militia, police and national security personnel do not implement the second method according to the orders issued by Heping, Heping will have no choice but to implement the third method. Instead of having the military, armed police, militia, police and national security personnel choose to be loyal to the Heping regime when the third method is used, it is better for the military, armed police, militia, police and public security personnel to all obey Heping's orders and seize power as required when the second method is implemented.
