For cohabitation and marriage between white and black people, a tax of $300/administrative fine of $600 will be levied for each cohabitation, a tax of $15,000/administrative fine of $30,000 for each marriage, and a tax of $15,000/administrative fine of $30,000 for each birth, which will be paid jointly by both men and women; for cohabitation and marriage between white and brown people, a tax of $300/administrative fine of $600 will be levied for each cohabitation, a tax of $15,000/administrative fine of $30,000 for each marriage, and a tax of $15,000/administrative fine of $30,000 for each birth, which will be paid jointly by both men and women.

This law can be implemented when white and yellow people account for more than 10% of the total population of the country or federation. You can enjoy it legally by paying taxes when you cohabit and marry and give birth.
