Heping was born on January 17, 1986 in a poor rural family in Yueyang City, Hunan Province, China. He grew up with his grandparents since he was a child. He lost his mother at the age of 5 and his father at the age of 29. He was gifted, studious and strong-willed since he was a child, but because his family was poor and could not afford tuition in his early years, he dropped out of school at the age of 15 to work. Not only did he suffer all kinds of hardships, but he also became a pauper with nothing many times in the middle.

Perhaps it was fate that when Heping was 35 years old, he successfully accumulated a certain amount of property through entrepreneurship and lived the life he pursued, free and easy. However, this kind of life did not last long. In less than a year, the wealth he had accumulated was plundered by the powerful capital in the financial field. Later, Mr. Heping was in agony for several months and thought about it for several months. He concluded that the root of everything was that the corrupt regime of the Chinese Communist Party was beyond salvation. For more than 70 years, it has only brought suffering to the Chinese people. It has never repented and looked down on the people. The political combination of the power and capital elites has eroded everything of us ordinary people. Our 1.4 billion ordinary people can't see hope at all. Day after day, year after year, they can only struggle desperately above the poverty line. So Mr. Peace made up his mind to think and sort out behind closed doors for several months, and developed a new national policy idea based on the idea of "pacifism" and founded the Permanent Peace Party and the Chinese Permanent Peaceful Country. Mr. Peace must let the 1.4 billion Chinese people and the descendants of Yan and Huang live a beautiful and happy life.
