Resolution of the China Social Democratic Party on the Establishment of China's "National Humiliation Day"
June 4, 1989, was the "massacre day" when the violent regime of the Chinese Communist Party brutally suppressed the student movement in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, crushing and shooting peaceful protesting students. In order to commemorate the victims of "June 4th" and warn the sons and daughters of China not to let such a tragedy happen again. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of "June 4th, 1989", the Central Committee of the China Social Democratic Party decided to support the initiative of the "Tiananmen Mothers" to establish China's "National Humiliation Day" as June 4th every year, and will promote legislation in the future Chinese Permanent Peaceful Country to establish it in national law. This resolution is hereby resolved.

The 24-point Program of the China Social Democratic Party to Save the Nation (Draft)
The biggest crisis in China today is the collapse of the young population caused by the "one-child policy" family planning policy of Deng Xiaoping and his successors for more than 30 years. The country is aging before it gets rich. Whether the population collapse can be reversed is related to the survival of the Han nationality and China; the second is the crisis of ethnic minority separatism in the border areas; the third is the moral crisis, ecological environment crisis and social distortion crisis caused by the lack of constitutional democracy, social justice and welfare; in response to the above primary and secondary crises, the China Social Democratic Party's strategy for saving the country is as follows:
Article 1. The Han nationality is the main ethnic group in China and the main body of the Chinese nation. Han culture is also the main culture of China; Chinese is the national language of China, and Hanfu is the traditional Chinese national costume - Chinese clothing; the Han nationality and other ethnic minorities in China are equal; ethnic minority citizens have the right to maintain ethnic minority cultural customs, and also have the freedom to sinicize.
Article 2. Human beings are the most precious resource on earth, and population is the foundation of a country. We firmly oppose the practice of Deng Xiaoping and his successors of the Communist Party of China to forcibly restrict the birth of Chinese citizens. We believe that having children is a great contribution to the country. Only with a large population can a nation and a country prosper and become strong, while a declining population will lead to the decline of a nation and a country, and even extinction and replacement by other nations. Therefore, we advocate that the welfare and retirement benefits of citizens should be linked to fertility. Those who have three or more children are entitled to more welfare and higher retirement benefits; those who have no health problems but deliberately do not have children are entitled to lifelong social security taxes. Article 3. The interests of the Chinese nation are above all else, and the interests of any political party, organization, group or individual cannot override the interests of the nation and the country. The interests of the country and the nation are above the interests of the individual, but the right to life and other human rights of the individual cannot be deprived in the name of the interests of the country and the nation. Article 4. We advocate the Chinese standard, inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese culture, take the Chinese nation and Chinese culture as the main body, and actively learn all the advantages of all nations and civilizations in the world on the basis of the Chinese standard. Article 5. We advocate freedom of religious belief; however, the state and ethnicity are above religion. Any religious and belief organization shall not carry out anti-China and anti-Han activities and preaching, and shall not accept the leadership of foreign religious forces. We oppose the practice of the CCP to make religious issues minority, oppose the classification of Han nationalities who believe in Islam as Hui nationality, and advocate the restoration of their Han nationality identity.
Article 6. We firmly safeguard China's sovereignty and territorial integrity; we advocate the implementation of a federal system as the main state system and a confederation system as the auxiliary state system. The country consists of five special administrative regions, namely Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Tibet, and Southern Xinjiang, and federal provinces; We advocate full local autonomy and the establishment of a strong federal government: localities have the autonomy to develop the economy, but cannot unilaterally secede from the federation, and the federal government has the power to control localities in terms of population, national defense, diplomacy, etc.
Article 7. We seek to establish a sound democratic constitutional government. Its contents include: full civil political rights, personal rights and a sound democratic political system; opposition to one-party monopoly of social public power and personal dictatorship; all Chinese citizens should enjoy equal rights and obligations; advocate nationalization of the military, legalization of the government, supremacy of the Constitution, and equality of all before the law; advocate the establishment of an independent supervision system and judicial system to fundamentally solve the problem of corruption among cadres; advocate the realization of orderly democracy and disciplined freedom.
Article 8: Children of Chinese citizens automatically obtain Chinese nationality; children of foreign nationals born in China have the right to join Chinese nationality; former Chinese citizens who have lost Chinese nationality for various reasons and are abroad and their children have the right to restore Chinese nationality; we advocate that the state recognize dual nationality.
Article 9: All adult Chinese citizens who have not reached retirement age and are able to work must work, and the government has the obligation to provide jobs for Chinese citizens who cannot find jobs; adult Chinese citizens who have not reached retirement age and are able to work, if they refuse to work, have no right to enjoy the social welfare provided by the government; Chinese citizens who do not have or have lost their ability to work due to physical disabilities or injuries can enjoy social security for life after certification.
Article 10, we oppose the omnipotence of the market (capitalism), and advocate that the government actively and reasonably intervene in society to correct social distortions; we advocate a mixed economy; the government has the right to establish and manage state-owned enterprises, and use state-owned enterprises as the main guarantee for full employment. State-owned enterprises have the obligation to absorb the unemployed and enjoy preferential tax policies; the government has the right to organize citizens to carry out large-scale project construction.
Article 11, the government will build sufficient rental housing to alleviate the huge housing pressure of the Chinese people; all Chinese citizens with low and middle incomes can apply to the government for rental housing.
Article 12, we advocate universal medical insurance; medical insurance for low-income groups will be purchased by the government; but adult Chinese citizens who have not reached retirement age and are able to work and refuse to work have no right to enjoy government medical insurance.
Article 13: We advocate the formulation of laws to strictly restrict forced demolition and forced land acquisition; we advocate the principle of implementing compensation first and demolition later; the compensation price for demolition and land acquisition cannot be lower than the market price; demolition and land acquisition activities initiated by private owners cannot be carried out unless the demolished and the land acquisitioned agree; forced demolition and forced land acquisition can only be carried out in one case, that is, projects initiated by the government that involve national security and public interests. If they are still rejected after the introduction of reasonable compensation policies, they can be demolished and expropriated with the authorization of court judgments, but the demolition and demolition actions cannot damage the personal and property of the demolished and the demolished, and the demolished and the demolished shall be given statutory compensation.
Article 14: The state shall establish sufficient public schools, including ordinary primary and secondary schools, vocational secondary schools and technical schools, secondary specialized schools, schools with special arts, public universities and colleges; public primary and secondary schools (ordinary secondary schools, vocational secondary schools, technical schools, secondary specialized schools, schools with special arts) shall be free of tuition, and sufficient grants and scholarships shall be established to help children from the poor acquire sufficient vocational skills, and vigorously support the talented seedlings among the children from the poor to obtain further education; completely reverse the sad situation that many outstanding seedlings in China are buried due to poverty.
Article 15: Revise textbooks for all ages across the country, remove the Communist bias in the current textbooks, abolish the current political textbooks, and replace them with constitutional democratic national citizenship textbooks and moral education textbooks with nationalism and humanitarianism as the background; schools run by religious belief groups have the right to set up religious textbooks on their own, but must adopt the unified national citizenship textbooks; public schools must adopt the national unified textbooks, and may not adopt textbooks with religious colors, so as to enhance the cohesion of the nation and the country.
Article 16, we advocate that the state strictly restrict and supervise speculative economic activities such as financial speculation, real estate speculation, and land speculation to ensure the development of the real economy such as manufacturing, strictly prevent virtual economic bubbles and foreign speculators from harming the national economy, and ensure the people's living standards and the healthy development of the national economy.
Article 17, we advocate maintaining a sound and strong middle class. To this end, the state must introduce effective anti-private monopoly laws, private monopoly enterprises must be decomposed according to law, and the state supports small industrial and commercial enterprises.
Article 18, the influence of the CCP's family planning culture must be completely eliminated and a sound Chinese fertility culture must be rebuilt; abortion must be strictly restricted. Unless it is proven that the fetus is deformed or has severe mental retardation, pregnant women are not allowed to have abortions; pregnant and childbearing Chinese women citizens are obliged to accept state supervision and guidance; infants and young children are the hope of the nation. We advocate that the state build sufficient childcare facilities, and the state has the right to supervise citizens' childcare, break bad habits, and improve the quality of the nation; set up low-cost public kindergartens to improve the quality of early childhood education.
Article 19: We tolerate homosexual groups, but oppose the legalization of homosexual marriage; we advocate gender equality, but oppose feminism; we advocate the establishment of families, advocate the return to traditional filial piety and the way of husband and wife, oppose celibacy and DINK culture; we oppose Western gender neutrality, the use of the same toilet for both sexes, and absolute gender equality, and advocate gender division of labor and differences between men and women.
Article 20: We advocate that the state strictly protect mothers and children; women's childbirth is a great contribution to the nation and the country, and the state must introduce laws to ensure that all Chinese pregnant women have sufficient maternity leave and sufficient nutrition; the state encourages marriage, but prohibits discrimination against women who give birth out of wedlock, and single-parent families can obtain state support based on their personal economic conditions.
Article 21: In order to alleviate the pain and depression of some members of society, control sexually transmitted diseases, and reduce crimes such as rape, we advocate the legalization of the pornography industry, but pornography business outlets are not allowed to be opened near kindergartens, schools, and residential areas; all pornography practitioners must apply for a license and undergo regular physical examinations.
Article 22, we demand the enactment of laws and the establishment of special committees to strictly restrict pornographic, pornographic, provocative literature, films, advertisements, publications or publicly released videos, audios and pictures; to prevent the corruption of children and the entire nation.
