Chapter 1: Anti-Communist Declaration

Today's China has entered the darkest night.

Every Chinese who has been enslaved and persecuted by communism has suffered physical and mental trauma, and even lost his life. Today we have a clear understanding of the communism that the Communist Party vigorously promotes: the so-called communism is that the communist bureaucracy implements totalitarian rule through deception and violence, seizes the people's wealth, and exploits and enslaves the masses.

In order to achieve the goal of totalitarian rule, the communist bureaucracy does everything possible to provoke class antagonism, launch class struggle, weaken the resistance of various social classes, and strictly restrict people's freedom. It controls the entire society and nation by means of controlling speech, ideological cleansing, grid monitoring, economic plunder, etc. It is ridiculous that communism claims to liberate all mankind while strictly guarding against the people. What a irony! Communism reverses the relationship between the state and society, and the state and the people. How reactionary is the "everything is under the command of the party" promoted by the Communist Party: anti-social and anti-human. The Communist Party is a veritable reactionary!

It can be seen from this that if there is no resistance, this exploitation and oppression will not stop, and the descendants of all social classes will become slaves of the communist bureaucracy and suffer increasingly cruel rule.

Communism has been in China for a hundred years, and our generations have been very unfortunate. Do we still want to hand over the future of our children and grandchildren to the hands of communist bureaucrats? Then we are really sinners for all eternity!

No doctrine is immortal! Communism is a gust of dark wind in the old times and is destined to die! The emergence of communism is not unique to China, nor is it original to China. Communism originated in Europe and swept the whole world, but was quickly defeated by anti-communism. It can be said that from communism to anti-communism, it is a historical trend that conforms to the laws of human social development. Now we can see that anti-communism has achieved great success worldwide.

So we in China will definitely carry out an anti-communist revolution! Is it okay not to revolutionize? We Chinese have suffered for thousands of years, and we just have a good life and don’t want to toss it. No! It’s not okay not to revolutionize, and it’s not okay to revolutionize too late. Without revolution, the bureaucratic class will only intensify the exploitation of the people, and the people will suffer more. The good life we have today is not a gift from the Communist Party, but created by the people through their hard work. On the contrary, without the cruel exploitation of the Communist Party, people's lives would be much better. Most of the wealth created by the people was plundered by the bureaucracy and turned into capital to continue to oppress the people. If the revolution is too late, our Chinese nation will be destroyed. This is a foreseeable tragedy.

Taking an appeasement attitude towards totalitarian communism will make the Chinese nation pay a greater price. This price will fall on every Chinese person and will be a disaster of national extinction.

What is anti-communism? Simply put, it is opposition to communism. Depending on the degree of development of communism, the methods and approaches adopted are also different. After more than a hundred years of development in China, communism has matured and has produced a solid fortress of defending communist totalitarian rule, the communist bureaucracy. Therefore, China's anti-communism is to adhere to the revolutionary line of uniting the forces of all social classes such as the bourgeoisie and the working class, with the elimination of the communist bureaucracy as the revolutionary goal, and the restoration of civil rights and the establishment of a people's government as the revolutionary ideal of the social reform movement.

So, everyone, whether you are from the bourgeoisie or the working class, let us unite as pioneers under the banner of anti-communism to save this nation and this country!

Chapter 2: Object of Revolution¶

Our revolutionary line is: to lead the working class, unite the bourgeoisie, eliminate all bureaucratic classes, confiscate all bureaucratic capital and distribute it to the proletarian or under-productive workers. The working class includes workers, peasants, and intellectuals.

The contradiction in China at this stage is the contradiction between the working class and the ruling class, the contradiction between the working class being impoverished due to labor and the non-working class getting something for nothing. That is, the contradiction between the ruling class exploiting the working class.

The anti-communist revolution opposes communist ideology and the communist bureaucracy.

Communist ideology is a series of lies and fallacies woven by a few people in order to seize the power of the people and control society and the country, used to deceive the masses, provoke class antagonism and class struggle, seize the wealth of the people, and enslave the masses.

The evil communist bureaucracy portrays communist society as a blueprint for a better life with extremely rich material and cultural resources and distribution according to needs. It uses this as bait and requires the masses to devote their lives to this goal. In fact, it is to satisfy the bureaucracy's pursuit of extreme enjoyment. The communist theory itself is nonsense. Everyone's needs are high or low, big or small. Some people have unlimited needs, while others have no desires. What is the principle of distribution? Now we see that whoever holds the power of distribution will have his needs met to the maximum extent, while those who are far away from power may get nothing. According to this standard, the communist bureaucracy of this country has long entered the communist society, but the people are living in dire straits.

The communist society is an extremely evil slave society where a few people enslave the majority.

The communist bureaucracy controls the entire society and the country, and uses the power they hold to seek personal gain. The big officials are greedy, the small officials are greedy, and all officials are greedy. What are they greedy for? Greed for money, greed for sex, greed for enjoyment, and everything. They are greedy for the country and the people. They not only steal and sell the country, but also deceive and fool the people. Their needs are infinitely satisfied, while the needs of the people are constantly restricted. The Communist bureaucracy conspired to seize the power of the people and occupy an absolute advantage in the distribution of social resources, which is extremely unfair to the people.

Using power for personal gain is the essential characteristic of the communist bureaucracy and the inevitable result of totalitarian rule.

The anti-communist revolution is to remove these cannibalistic communist bureaucrats, restore civil rights, and establish a people's self-government where everyone has the right to distribute.

Anti-communism is not to eliminate all Communist Party members. Communist Party members are also divided into different levels. The vast majority of ordinary Communist Party members are just the objects of deception and enslavement by the communist bureaucracy. They have become a shield for the communist bureaucracy to maintain its own safety and a tool to intimidate and harm the people. Ordinary Communist Party members are not enemies of anti-communism. On the contrary, one of the revolutionary tasks of anti-communism is to abolish the Communist Party organization and liberate the Communist Party members kidnapped by the communist bureaucracy. Of course, if some Communist Party members are stubborn and do not recognize the trend of the times, and must work for the communist bureaucracy, then they are the eternal sinners in history and will be engraved on the pillar of shame of the Chinese nation forever. Anti-communism will resolutely fight any enemy who stands with the communist bureaucracy.

Anti-communism and communism are two opposing ideologies. Fundamentally, it is a struggle between freedom and democracy and autocracy. In the final analysis, it is to solve the problem of whether society and the country are controlled by the whole people or by a few people. There is no doubt that anti-communism is what the people want and it is unstoppable! Communism is false, evil, and a lie that has lasted for a century. All the blame should be borne by the communist bureaucracy!

Chapter 3: Revolutionary Tasks¶

China's anti-communist revolution has two major tasks, one is to eliminate communist ideas, and the other is to eliminate the communist bureaucracy.

The primary task of anti-communism is to eliminate the object of the anti-communist revolution: the communist bureaucracy. Specifically, there are the following points:

The first is to eliminate the communist bureaucracy.

The basic contradiction in China at present is the political and economic contradiction between the masses and the communist bureaucracy.

Economic dictatorship of communist bureaucrats: With the development of commodity market economy, all social classes actively participate in market activities, work hard and seek a happy life. However, communist bureaucrats use their power for personal gain and use various means to compete with the masses for profits, such as setting too high market entry thresholds, raising prices of raw materials or fuel, raising transportation costs, raising taxes, and even prohibiting the market from opening to private individuals. There are also crimes such as confiscation of private property on false charges, etc., in order to exploit and enslave the masses. This is an economic dictatorship that no civilized society can accept. The communist bureaucrats have committed the crime of economic plunder!

Political dictatorship of communist bureaucrats: The communist bureaucratic class invented the evil representative system. Rather than a representative system, it is better to say that it is a replacement system, that is, a minority of people completely replace the majority to exercise the power to manage the country and society. This is an extremely inhumane and barbaric practice. They claim to be representatives of the people, but why do they represent all the good things in the world? Why don’t they represent the people to work, produce, create, and invent, but represent the people to enjoy. It can be seen that the communist bureaucrats are extremely evil and are slave owners riding on the heads of the people. The communist bureaucrats have committed the crime of political dictatorship!

In order to achieve economic and political autocracy, the communist bureaucracy also committed the following crimes.

Ideological and cultural autocracy: The communist bureaucracy controls the media, restricts freedom of speech, and only allows communism to speak its mind. In particular, it suppresses ideas such as democracy, freedom and openness, which seriously weakens the Chinese people's ideological realm and makes China's modern civilization lag behind the world trend. The communist bureaucracy has committed the crime of imprisoning thoughts!

Technological autocracy: The communist bureaucracy controls high technology, including intelligent technology, information technology, biotechnology, medical technology, etc., and uses high technology to rule the people, such as face recognition, genetic engineering, organ transplantation, network blockade, etc., and has committed the crime of abusing technology!

Of course, the crimes committed by the communist bureaucracy against the people are too numerous to list. The various actions of the communist bureaucracy are challenging the conscience of mankind and the bottom line of civilization.

The second is to eliminate communist bureaucratic capital.

All assets obtained by the communist bureaucracy from exploiting the masses of the people are called bureaucratic capital, including state assets and private assets held directly or indirectly.

State-owned assets are the tools for communist bureaucrats to blatantly plunder the people's wealth. The communist bureaucrats monopolize most of the market in the name of the state and control pricing power, which is the fundamental reason for the hardship of people's livelihood. At the same time, it also provides material guarantee for the bureaucratic class to live a communist life of distribution according to needs. Communist society is a good life for the bureaucratic class, but a painful slavery for the working class.

Communist bureaucrats do not engage in production or labor. They are neither the bourgeoisie nor the working class. Why are they rich in the world? There is only one possibility, that is, they use their power for personal gain, steal the wealth of the country and the people. None of the wealth they own belongs to them.

To completely eliminate communism, we must completely smash all the chronic diseases attached to the political and economic development of communism.

First, ban the organization that believes in communism-the Chinese Communist Party. As the saying goes, if the skin does not exist, where will the hair be attached? If the Communist Party, a sinful organization, is not banned, the evil communism will have room to survive and will revive.

Second, it is forbidden to spread the theory of communism-Marxist-Leninist thought, Mao Zedong Thought, etc. History has proved that these theories are false and unrealistic, and are the root of the evil that disrupts society.

Third, ban electronic images that praise the Communist Party, including songs, dramas, movies, TV series, lectures, etc.

Fourth, destroy statues of Communist Party figures, Communist Party historical sites, and other symbols and buildings that promote communism.

Chapter 4: Revolutionary Ideals¶

Anti-communism is a staged doctrine. In the end, we have to return to the great thought created by the Chinese themselves: the Three Principles of the People. Rebuild our country from the three aspects of "nation, democracy, and people's livelihood".

After the victory of the anti-communist revolution, what we urgently need to do is to restore people's livelihood. The Chinese have experienced heavy exploitation under communist totalitarianism, and people's livelihood has become difficult. Restoring people's livelihood means to completely cure the harm of communism to the people.

Restoring people's livelihood focuses on the following points:

1. Eliminate any debts imposed on the people by communism, including mortgages, car loans, credit cards, online loans and other economic exploitations.

2. Help the poor and the weak, return the assets of communist bureaucracy to the people in accordance with the principle of first the poor and then the rich, and everyone has a share, to compensate people from all walks of life for the losses and physical and mental trauma suffered by communist economic plunder over the past century.

3. Abolish the public ownership economic system, implement complete economic privatization, and establish a complete social relief system to guarantee the basic living needs of bankrupts in the market economy. The evil communism neither implements a complete market economy nor protects the legitimate bankruptcy rights of private owners. In essence, it is still an act of economic plunder by the communist bureaucracy.

4. Transform the employment system into a cooperative labor system, that is, to bring the employment of enterprises under the scope of government supervision, so that the completely private labor in the past is transformed into labor with a social nature. On the one hand, it reduces the burden on enterprises and individuals, and transfers the social security originally borne by enterprises and individuals to the government, which will be borne by the government. Second, it protects the rights and interests of workers. Enterprises are not allowed to easily make workers unemployed. The government will intervene in the relevant procedures, making it a complex agenda for enterprises to make workers unemployed and dare not decide easily.

What is a complete market economic system?

1) The market is fully open and the entry threshold is abolished.

2) The business license registration system is abolished. (To be chosen)

3) Implement a full-process supervision system for commodities, including materials, labor, etc., implement a commodity cost registration system, a commodity quality verification system, and ensure that commodities meet market consumption safety requirements.

4. Implement a single tax system - consumption tax, exempt taxes and fees in the production link, cancel progressive taxes, and promote the prosperity of production. Communism uses heavy taxes and levies to exploit the masses and seriously weaken the people's livelihood economy. Consumption tax is divided into a one-time tax and a scheduled tax system according to consumables and fixed assets. For example, commodities are consumables, and taxes are paid once when purchased, and land is a fixed asset and taxes are paid on schedule. Consumption tax implements differential tax rates, which is conducive to the optimal allocation of resources and the adjustment of the gap between the rich and the poor.

5. Establish a comprehensive national welfare system, and implement a free system for all people in labor insurance, education, medical care, and pension.

The totalitarian rule of communism deprived the people of their civil rights, causing the Chinese people to experience heavy disasters. Only by restoring civil rights can this country and this nation have real hope, and can they truly embrace the world's advanced civilization, cooperate with the vast majority of democratic countries in the world, and develop and progress together.

Restoring civil rights means changing the top-down political system of the Communist Party and implementing a bottom-up political system. The head of government must be elected by the people. We must oppose the centralized system and establish a decentralized system. We must exercise absolute supervision and mutual restraint over the power of the government. The government's policies must reflect the will of the people.

Restoring civil rights focuses on

The following points begin:

1. Implement universal suffrage, and the people's political power cannot be deprived. As long as you are Chinese, regardless of gender, age, whether you are a criminal or not, whether you are at home or abroad, you have the right to elect a government head who is both virtuous and capable. Elections are free, and personal voting rights are not violated or interfered with by anyone.

2. Implement a bottom-up representative system and abolish the representative system.

1) The central government does not have a government, but only a supreme parliament, which has universal legislative and legislative powers, diplomatic rhetoric, and military and national defense powers.

2) Local governments establish three levels of parliaments and a provincial government at the provincial, municipal, and county levels.

(1) The three-year election system is implemented for members of parliament and the head of the provincial government. County councilors who have completed their term of office can obtain the qualification to be elected as city councilors, and city councilors who have completed their term of office can obtain the qualification to be elected as provincial councilors. There is no term limit for members of parliament and the head of government.

(2) The number of members of parliaments at all levels is equal to the population of the divided electoral area, and the lower-level parliaments have the freedom to follow and modify the legislation and resolutions of the higher-level parliaments. The higher level parliament cannot interfere with any resolution of the lower level parliament.

(3) The parliaments at all levels shall have police stations and courts to safeguard the majesty of the law.

(4) The head of the provincial government, as the local chief executive, shall be responsible for local development, planning coordination, fiscal revenue and expenditure, etc. The provincial government's annual plan shall be submitted to the provincial parliament for approval.

(5) The people may initiate impeachment of the local parliamentarians and the head of the government at any time. When the number of impeachment reaches a majority, the impeachment shall take effect.

(6) If the parliamentarians or the head of the government violate the policy program submitted when they ran for election, they may be held legally responsible.

3. Implement the decentralization system and abolish the centralized system. The legislative power and the governance power belong to the parliament and the government respectively. The parliament is the state power organ and the government is the social management organ. At the same time, an independent election supervision agency shall be established: the Election Affairs Supervision and Management Bureau, which shall be directly managed by the Anti-Common Alliance Party Department as a third-party notary agency to ensure that the people's right to vote is fully exercised.

4. Implement the civil service system and abolish the bureaucracy. That is, every citizen has the right to serve the country and civil servants are rotated every two years. Unlike the previous compulsory system, the service system must also receive higher wages, which must not be lower than the social average wage.

5. Implement a universal military service system, and every citizen has the right to serve in the army, and rotate every two years.

6. Open the currency market, implement a guaranteed open (encrypted) currency system, and abolish legal tender.

7. Implement a strict labor time limit system, and the working hours per person per week shall not exceed 40 hours, and the continuous working time shall not exceed 8 hours.

8. Abolish the household registration system and implement universal national treatment.

9. Implement an open education system.

1) Shorten the time of basic education and implement a 6-year basic education system (2 years of kindergarten education, 2 years of elementary school, 1 year of junior high school, and 1 year of high school)

2) Implement a universal four-year undergraduate system, and everyone has the right to go to college. Advocate the establishment of characteristic universities.

3) Abolish the academic qualification system and implement the degree system, so that everyone can do their best and make the best use of their talents.

Adhere to the ethnic policy of ethnic integration. The Chinese nation cannot be divided. Only with great ethnic integration and great ethnic unity can we create a better future. Oppose any ethnic separatist behavior.
