A permanent peace country with a high degree of circulation of people, things, environment, economy and culture will be fully realized.

Science and technology: Encourage independent innovation or imitation and learning of science and technology, and recruit talents in new technology fields such as manufacturing, energy, space, information, life, and ocean without any restrictions, and dare to use and reward talents.

Economy: loose, moderate, and tight monetary policies, prohibiting stock and futures trading markets (places where the government and capital jointly rob the money of the middle and lower classes of people), restricting private lending and lending between individuals (allowing citizens to mortgage credit items to the state bank for lending), popularizing citizens' awareness of corporate tax payment, severely punishing tax evasion and tax evasion, and establishing a commodity and service trading market dominated by state-owned enterprises and supplemented by private enterprises and merchants, ensuring that corporate profits and personal income enter the consumer market to promote the sustained and stable development of the economy.
